I'm amazed at how beautiful and blessed this life truly is. I get to work with the most beautiful and cherubic children that make me laugh every day, I have a family that is the envy of most everyone I know, a small but close knit group of friends, opportunities to learn, and faith. Especially faith.
I'm reminded of a primary song I learned when I was little. It had a line in it that said: "Faith is knowing the sun will rise each time I go to sleep." I've kind of had that running through my head lately. You know no matter how bad something seems at the time, the sun will rise again and life will go on. I remember hearing something from another teacher I used to work with, she said: "Life is like a juggling act- we have so many balls that we feel we need to keep in the air because most of them are as delicate as glass. The glass balls represent things like our health and our families, but the work ball is rubber and it can bounce back". So friends in this tough economical time remember the sun will rise again and work will bounce back.
